Who's Using Social Media in Trafford?

An evening workshop looking at the benefits of using Social Media for voluntary and community sector organisations.

VCAT, in partnership with Trafford CAB and Trafford Housing Trust, are organising an evening workshop to discuss how community and voluntary organisations in Trafford are using social media technologies to promote their activities or to talk to their members.

Sale Point, (Trafford Housing Trust offices) Washway Road, Sale on Thursday 26th April
 
The workshop starts at 6pm (food will be provided) and will include a presentation from Reason Digital (a Manchester Web Development Agency) on the benefits of using Social Media for community and voluntary sector organisations, Dale Maskell from Trafford CAB talking about the development of a smartphone app for the Trafford Information Network, and a discussion about how local groups could be supported to share their learning and examples of good practice.
