Project Manager- Homestart Lift

 Home-Start Central Cheshire, on behalf of the LIFT Partnership Board, is seeking to recruit 4 self-motivated people to join our team of voluntary, community and faith sector partners, linked into the two Children’s Trusts. You will develop and deliver services and activities in innovative and appropriate ways to families and with families, with the focus on positive outcomes for their children.

Project Manager
You will have overall responsibility for the project with a budget of £900,000 over 3 years, to be delivered in accordance with the business plan and Home-Start Central Cheshire’s policies, procedures and standards.

All posts are fixed term for 1 year in the first instance, with the possibility of annual renewal for a further 2 years (3 years in total), dependent upon continued funding from the Big Lottery after successful achievement of the project’s objectives year on year. Job-share and secondments will be considered.
