Confidence Building Course in Sale West

 A five week Confidence Building Course is being run every Wednesday from 29th February at Sale West Community Centre

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This short course is aimed at adults who want to build up their
self esteem and confidence:
- Learn what triggers your emotions
- Look at positive thinking styles
- Learn how to overcome fear and deal with stressful situations
- Identify your own values and what limits your self-belief
