Greater Manchester is one of four areas in the country piloting a ‘whole place’ Community Budget approach. This involves joint purchasing based on shared outcomes and creating monetary savings by taking demand out of the system. The initiative is focused on four main themes, one of which is early years (ages 0 to 5). Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisation (GMCVO) are looking to find out what the offer is from the voluntary sector in Greater Manchester in this area.
