Linking Up Small Charities

The Small Charities Coalition is holding a Link Up & Learn Liverpool event on Tuesday 22 May 2012. They're bringing their own mix of skills sharing, information and networking to small charities.

It'll be a packed day of practical workshops covering a diverse range of subjects such as fundraising, communications and business planning delivered by the likes of Institute of Fundraising and Media Trust, with a host other interesting ways for you to gain new skills, new insights and new contacts.

There will be a number of lunchtime briefings including an update and Q&A from the Charity Commission and an Impact Principles session from the Charity Finance Group, as well as workshop leaders exhibiting the organisations they represent. We also allow a good chunk of time to link up and network with your fellow small charities.

£20 per person- includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

On the evening before the main event, on Monday 21 May 2012, The Small Charities Coalition is hosting the launch of the Code of Good Governance website. There'll be drinks, presentations and plenty of opportunities to network with other small charities, members of the Code's steering group and staff & volunteers of the Small Charities Coalition.

Tickets for the evening event are only £10 per person, or to attend both the evening and day events you can purchase a combi-ticket for only £25.
