Park House Room Hire

Park House will be closing down in  the Summer/Autumn of 2013. Trafford Council have made the decision to close the building and demolish it. The decision to do this is economical in that it will save the council money to go towards the cuts they need to make in the current economic climate.

Trafford Council has offered some help with alternative accommodation. There are four other community centre buildings that will still be operating after March 2013. These are Old Trafford Community Centre, Partington Community Centre, Broomwood Community Centre (in Timperley) and Sale West Community Centre. Trafford Council have suggested that you contact the council’s letting department to see if they can accommodate you. The contact details for the lettings department at the council is

Please contact them in the first instance to see if they can offer you the times and dates you need for your group. One of the advantages of taking up this offer is that the rates for venue hire with TMBC community centres should be the same as the charges for Park House.
