Play workers needed (Permanent/Temporary/Casual) Term time only

Start date: 6th September 2017 - Owl Club, Oswald Road Primary School

Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide a safe, friendly, relaxing, free play learning environment for children. Ensuring children are supervised and observed whilst providing a wide range of activities, including creative arts and crafts, cooking, sewing, drama, outdoor play and games.

Compulsory/Ideal requirements:
• Experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage and Curriculum (Ofsted).
• Level 2/3 NVQ or Diploma in Play work
• Experience of working with 3-11 year olds in a play environment
• Clear DBS
Pay rate: £9.60 per hour, term time only

Play Worker
Early Birds (before school club) working with children aged 3-11 years.
6hours and 15minutes per week, 7.45am – 9am Monday to Friday

Play Worker
Owl Club (After school club) working with children aged 3-11years.
15hours per week, 3pm-6pm Monday to Friday

Play Worker
Owl Club Little Owls (After school club) working with EYFS children aged 3-5 years.
15 hours per week, 3pm-6pm Monday to Friday

Play Workers
We are also looking for some casual/bank staff who we can call upon as and when needed to work every now and then.

We are happy to combine posts and have one applicant cover both positions of Early Birds and Owl Club.
